Negative: I would say None but there is a minor one.
Some of the bathrooms flush tanks need minor repairs. Water flow does not stop automatically after a flush.

Best stay for family, best property host.
Positive: I dont usually write reviews but I felt obligated to write because the host and coordinator were very helpful and kind. The apartment is very clean and all facilities and amenities were healthy and nice. Wonderful balcony arrangement it’s just the summer temperature doesn’t help much would be very awesome for winter. We will definitely book again for our Dubai trips in the future.
