Great apartment on West Palm Beach
Positive: The apartment was great. Had everything we needed. Great to be able to use a washing machine on our trip and the pool views were great! Great location on West Palm Beach. Owner was very responsive and helpful letting us put our bags in the room before check in so we were not charged 50AED by reception. Overall great stay and would stay again.
Negative: Iron was dirty, and ruined some trousers. Should have tried it on a towel first. Ironing board also broken. You need to rent pool towels but they were cheap enough. Rooftop very busy and hard to get a sunbed. Very rude reception staff. Laughing when we questioned why they would charge us to store our luggage for a few hours. Bad start to the day.
