Positive: I liked the proximity to the mall, the responsiveness of the host and the staff we came in contact with. I have no complaints on that end. Even after we left, the host was still open to assisting me and I appreciate it The apartment felt like home to my family and everyone was sad to leave. Negative: The fact that cleaning was charged is understandable. But for extra sheets and towels to be charged I have never heard of and I travel a WHOLE lot. So we basically had to wash our sheets, hope they dry early enough to sleep in at night. It was a bit of a hassle.
